To get here from the city:

The easiest way to Western Hospital from the city is by train and then tram. Trains to Footscray train station are on the Williamstown, Werribee, and Sydenham lines. It is approximately 10 minutes from the city to Footscray. The number 82 tram runs from Footscray train station to the corner of Ballarat Road and Gordon Street. The tram takes approximately five minutes, and the hospital is less than 2 minutes walk from the tram stop. Timetables can be found at the Metlink website.
