Faculty Research Unit
The Faculty Research Unit (FRU) facilitates and supports researchers and professional staff within the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences. Services and advice provided by the FRU cover five broad portfolios: Research Domains, research development and funding, grant mentoring, research performance and analysis and graduate research.
The FRU works closely with the Associate Deans for Research, Research Training and Business Partnerships on the overarching strategy and development of research and research training for the Faculty. The unit also works directly with the Faculty’s schools, departments and institutes and with the wider University, facilitating research and research training administrative processes.
